State of the art Imaging Services
Call todayAdvanced Radiography & Comprehensive Ligament Analysis
At RES Physical Medicine & Rehab, we use a state of the art C-arm x-ray unit to produce top quality radiographs. We take neutral, flexion and extension images and analyze the photographs through our DXD ligament laxity program to determine if our patients do indeed have any type of subluxation (forward or backward movement of bone). The DXD ligament laxity program produces a 14 page report (22 for Cervical Motion report) that not only goes over the reported findings from a medical standpoint, but also from a legal standpoint taken from the AMA guidelines 4th, 5th, and 6th editions as well as other references listed on the back of the report. AOMSI or ligament laxity is extremely important in each patient’s legal case because that differentiates their medical findings between subjective findings and objective findings. Using our DXD software, we are able to provide detailed and imperative documentation not only to our clinical team for each of our patient’s treatment, but also to attorneys to handle their client’s cases more efficiently.
